Finding Yourself Inside

There is a place that no corporate advertising can reach. It is a comfortable place where no noise can disturb it, where there is healing in a time of great pain, peace in a time of confusion. It's a place deep inside where survival and existance is the most important. This is a place where we learn to grow, expand mentally and become comfortable with one's self. It's a place where there is hope in all things good and it makes us focus on what is healthy for our continuation of life.

It starts when we are young, when we start to question what is outside of us as well as what is in. One should never be afraid to face one's own wholeness with the things we can sense inside or out at any age. If you are courageous enough, you can face many things and keep strong through many adversities. This is where we find ourselves and become comfortable with who and what we are.

Transcendental meditation is a common ground where all of us can be at our very basics. Developing within as well as without. There are many great philosophers such as Socrates to Dr. Carl Jung who knew the benefits of meditation as a way of clearing the mind of negative thinking into positive outward reaction to our environment. To know ourselves and the world around us. Isn't that the ultimate goal of every vital being on this earth? And maybe to make things better in a positive way.

This blog will create a way of letting people know more about Transcendental Meditation and maybe a different way to look at the world. This is a meditation blog. This is the place where we all can learn to understand that we are more precious and volatile to ourselves than we realize. Please visit often and do not fear. We are at the primary level and there is so much to learn.
